Chris Elmore MP opened the redeveloped service station in Sarn on Friday. The Welcome Break, which has been undergoing a total rebuild has re-opened in a new state of the art facility.
Chris Elmore, who cut the ribbon, said:
“It’s fantastic that a company like Welcome Break have invested in Sarn and created these new jobs. It’s a brilliant building and it was a pleasure to open it.”
The junction 36 services now include a Starbucks, Burger King and WH Smiths has received a £6.5 million investment and has created 35 new staff (to add to the original staff numbers).
