Where is the Government's Investment in Wales?

The Welsh Labour Government is investing more than £2 billion in our railways, yet only 1% of UK Government funding comes to Wales despite us having 11% of the total track.

Last week, I asked Chris Grayling to come to Parliament to explain when he is going to start investing in Welsh rail.

Andrea Leadsom's shocking response that the Tories "really have focused on investing in Wales" is a complete denial of the facts. No electrification. No tidal lagoon. A £1.2 billion cut to the Welsh block grant. Just where is this investment?
