Home from a wonderful weekend of Christmas concerts across the constituency.
Saturday evening at Pencoed Primary School, listening to their wonderful school choir, the superb Pencoed Silver Band and the fantastic Glamorgan Mixed Choir, of which I’m proud to be patron.
Sunday afternoon at the annual Coychurch Higher Community Council Christmas Service, with lovely readings from young people in the village and carols again from Glamorgan Mixed Choir.
This evening at St David’s Maesteg, for the final concert of the Christmas Tree Festival, the entries get better each year - I was especially pleased to see the tree marking suffrage (pic below so do have a look!).
Finally slightly later this evening joining Ogmore Vale Male Voice Choir in St Cein’s Church, Llangeinor for a Christmas service. As even the Choir men were on extraordinary form!
I’m privileged to represent so many wonderful communities who do so much to celebrate the festive season.
